Kassidy is a documentary filmmaker and cinematographer dedicated to telling stories that empower voices and inspire action. She is dedicated to focusing on narratives that explore historical and current events, environmental protection, sustainability, and conservation. She employs film as a tool for social change to highlight urgent global issues and amplify marginalized voices.
Founder of FireFly Features, Kassidy leads a Denver-based production company focused on documentaries and conservation stories that inspire environmental stewardship and social change. She blends cinematic storytelling with a passion for advocacy, using her craft to connect audiences with vital, transformative narratives.
Kassidy has served as the Director of Photography for Squelch (2025) and First Light (2024), and was the co-DP of the documentary Isan (2025). Kassidy has also collaborated with various brands such as Sony, KOA, and the Denver Zoo, bringing her storytelling expertise to diverse projects. She is currently directing What Remains, a short documentary exploring stewards and local communities fighting to save “America’s Best Idea."
